At ArkLight Power™ we operate modular ArkCells — standardized industrial power units that interconnect to form the ArkNode network. Our public disclosure is designed to highlight process, accountability, and percentages, rather than dollar forecasts or capacity figures (those details remain internal).

Production & Scale

Each ArkCell delivers reliable, industrial-scale output to high-demand partners. We do not publish unit capacity or revenue forecasts. Instead, we communicate outcomes in percentage terms and provide transparent accountability through verified distributions.

Tithing Policy

• 10% of all gross revenue from ArkLight Power™ operations is set apart as tithe.

• This tithe is automatically allocated on-chain through the ARKDAO.

• Distributions are made to a pool of verified Kingdom partners, chosen by ARKLP holders through DAO governance.

We do not present projected dollar figures. Public disclosures focus on the percentage commitment (10%) and the audited record of where the tithe flows.

What We Publish

To avoid implying investment returns, ArkLight’s public reports include only:

• ✅ Percentage-based summaries (e.g., “10% of gross revenue tithed”)

• ✅ On-chain transaction references & audit links for each distribution

• ✅ Verified recipient lists by category & proof of payment

• ✅ High-level production metrics (MWh produced, hours of uptime) without converting to dollar forecasts

Purpose of This Approach

This disclosure page exists to prove ArkLight’s model is operational, accountable, and mission-driven — not to sell financial performance. By publishing percentage commitments, on-chain records, and verified audits, we demonstrate that growth is inseparable from Kingdom impact, while avoiding any promise of financial return.
