This page outlines the technical structure, legal classification, utility, and distribution of the ARK Coin ecosystem, including Joules and Sparks. It exists to provide full transparency for all participants, founders, churches, and strategic partners.
What is ARK Coin?
ARK Coin is a decentralized utility token created to support the mission and infrastructure of ARKLight Power. It is designed to be used across energy platforms, tithe allocation systems, and future DAO-based governance. ARK Coin is not a security, equity, or investment contract.
Token Structure
- ARK — The master token. Total Supply: 50,000,000 ARKs. 1 ARK = 100,000 Joules
- Joule — Divisible token unit used for energy credits, staking, and mission governance.
- Spark — Micro-unit of a Joule. 1 Joule = 1,000 Sparks. Designed for giving, voting, and transactional micro-support of Kingdom initiatives.
Blockchain Deployment
ARK Coin is being deployed on the Base blockchain, a secure Ethereum Layer 2 network developed by Coinbase. Base offers low-cost transactions, EVM compatibility, and a streamlined path to Coinbase integration and liquidity.
Smart contracts on Base will govern treasury logic, staking, tithe flows, and total supply. These contracts will be open-source, auditable, and tied directly to energy production metrics and DAO participation logic.
The ARK Coin contract address will be published upon final deployment and will be viewable through BaseScan or equivalent block explorers.
