A DAO is a new kind of organization — one that runs on smart contracts instead of paperwork, and is governed by people who hold tokens instead of a corporate board.

In simple terms: a DAO is like a community-run digital co-op. Everyone who holds tokens gets a voice. The rules are written in code. And the mission stays on course — without middlemen, politics, or manipulation.
